Day 1: Amritsar arrival

Arrival at Amritsar airport/railway station, get transferred to hotel for check in. after lunch leave for Indo-Pak Wagah border to witness changing of guard and lowering of flags ceremony. Dinner at some famous local restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Amritsar Sightseeing

In the morning, after breakfast, go for Amritsar city tour. The sightseeing will include visit to the beautiful Harmandir Sahib, famously known as the Golden Temple. It is called so, for its roof is gold leafed. Then visit Jallianwala Bagh. This historical area is known for the massacre commissioned by General Dyer, during the British Rule. Later, your trip will extend to the Durgiana Hindu temple. In the afternoon, take a drive to visit to Maharaja Ranjit singh panorama (museum) and mata lal devi temple (replica of vaishno devi temple katra ).later visit to local markets of Amritsar to shop traditional items of Amritsar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Amritsar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to shops in the local markets of amritsar. Later get transferred to the railway station/airport for your onward journey.
